Asian Mint’s ChefMint Meal Kits Let You Satisfy Your Thai Food Cravings at Home

Staying at home and observing social distancing is a must these days, in light of the on-going threat of Covid-19. They’re the most effective ways we can prevent getting sick and keep the coronavirus from spreading further.

Still, we need to create some sense of normalcy even as we self-quarantine. This may mean being able to enjoy your restaurant favorites at home. If your restaurant favorites happen to be on the Asian Mint menu, then I’ve got you covered. My team and I recently launched our new ChefMint meal kits. These meal kits will let you have your very own Asian Mint experience as you practice social distancing and self-isolation.

Thank you so much to CraveDFW, Dallas Voice, PaperCity, and PeopleNewspapers for getting the word out on this endeavor.

DIY your #AsianMintExperience with our ChefMint meal kits

Here’s the big question: What are ChefMint meal kits and what’s inside them? Basically, a ChefMint meal kit contains the ingredients you’ll need to put together your favorite Asian Mint dinner. These ingredients are fresh, pre-measured, and include the necessary proteins and sauces. The kit also comes with an easy-to-follow recipe card. The meal you’ll create with a single kit can feed up to four people, although you can portion it into two meals for two people.

For our very first meal kit, we’re offering pad Thai, tom yum, and veggie dumplings. In the kit, you’ll find the ingredients you’ll need to cook pad Thai and tom yum. These include proteins like chicken, shrimp, and tofu, as well as the sauces and pastes. The kit also comes with servings of rice—you can choose between brown or white jasmine rice. You can order this kit to be delivered to your doorstep by one of our Mintees or you can pick it up at your nearest Asian Mint store.

What if you’re located outside the Dallas area right now? Luckily, we can still ship your ChefMint meal kit to your current location. However, for this option, we won’t be able to send you the fresh ingredients you’ll need. Instead, we’ll be shipping you the pad Thai sauce and noodles, the tom yum soup paste, jasmine rice, and crushed peanuts. But we’ll include the recipe card and a grocery list you can use to shop for fresh ingredients for these two dishes. This version is available for shipping anywhere within the continental US.

Aside from the meal kits, we also deliver wines, cocktails, Thai tea, and Asian Mint’s signature desserts. Additionally, you can order Asian Mint’s bottled sauces and Drama Queen chili in jars and packets. Get your ChefMint meal kits here.

Curbside pickup options are still available at Asian Mint locations

What if you’re craving for something other than pad Thai or tom yum soup? Worry not—if you’re in the Dallas area, you can order your Asian Mint favorites for curbside pickup. All you need to do is to click on one of the links below and place your orders online. Then we’ll let you know when you can pick up your food order.

Here are the links to our online ordering pages:

A portion of our ChefMint meal kit sales will be used to help fund a non-profit organization supporting the restaurant industry’s workforce. With restaurants in the Dallas-Fort Worth area scaling down their operations in light of the Covid-19 crisis, our industry workforce needs all the support and assistance they can get.

Stay safe and stay at home

We really need to take the Covid-19 threat seriously and stop the coronavirus from spreading further. So, we strongly encourage you all to stay at home and observe social distancing. Wash your hands frequently and keep surfaces in your home, such as doorknobs and kitchen counters, clean. If you have to go out, please wear a face mask as much as possible.

Stay safe and healthy, friends.
