Dallas Eater Puts Asian Mint in Top Gluten-Free Restaurants List

Dallas Eater recently put Asian Mint in its list of Dallas-Fort Worth restaurants that offer excellent gluten-free options. It made me so happy when I learned about it. It’s always been my goal to make Asian Mint a friendly and inclusive place. I want everyone who enters the doors of my restaurant to have a fun, soul-feeding time, no matter what their food preferences are. It’s why my team and I consciously decided to offer gluten-free options on our menu.

Thank you so much, Dallas Eater, for putting Asian Mint on your gluten-free map.

Why is it essential for restaurants to offer gluten-free options?

I believe it’s vital for every restaurant to give its patrons gluten-free options or alternatives to their meals. Gluten sensitivity is a real medical condition, and it’s more common than many people realize. In its most severe form, called celiac disease, it affects an estimated 1 in 100 people all over the world.

Most of the time, people with gluten sensitivity can tolerate gluten in their diet. They may experience mild symptoms such as recurring stomach pain, extreme fatigue, diarrhea, or constipation. Depending on the amount of gluten they consume, some people may not experience symptoms at all. People with celiac disease, however, must not have any gluten, even in small amounts.

And this is why Asian Mint pays special attention to allergies. Gluten allergies are no exception. I want my Mint Fanatics to feel safe whenever they dine at my restaurants.

Asian Mint’s gluten-free options are clearly marked on the menu

Thai food is mostly gluten-free. Nonetheless, my team and I take special care to note which Asian Mint dishes have gluten in it. We have over 30 gluten-free dishes in our repertoire, and they’re clearly marked on our menu.

Our Pad Thai is one of our fabulous dishes you can enjoy that don’t contain gluten. Other Asian Mint favorites that you can get without gluten are our curries and four of our fried rice variations. Even some of our desserts are gluten-free indulgences. And if you have questions on which of our dishes have gluten, you can always ask one of our Mintees.

Visit Asian Mint today and feed your soul with our gluten-free dishes.
