Let’s Start 2021 the Healthy Way with My Experience Thailand January Cooking Classes

Happy New Year, y’all! This 2021, I’m all for Team Eating Healthy and determined to start the year with good intentions. With this in mind, I invite you to join me in beginning this year right with my brand-new Experience Thailand series of virtual cooking events.

This January, my cooking experiences will be all about feeding your soul with easy-to-cook Thai food that’s also super healthy and absolutely yummy. Come and join me in these two Experience Thailand events:

January 9: Asian Vegetable Stir-Fry

My first cooking experience of the year, on January 9, is going to be all about Asian vegetable stir-fry. This is the dish I usually whip up in my kitchen whenever I’m in the mood to eat light. It’s a light meal, for sure, but it fills me up and it tastes so good. My recipe for this dish is easy, and you can readily get the ingredients for it from any grocery store. I do recommend that you use my signature Nikky’s Sauces for best results.

What I love most about Asian vegetable stir-fry is you can easily adapt it to suit your tastes and dietary needs. You can make it completely vegetarian, vegan, or pescatarian. It’s also low-carb, gluten-free, and keto-friendly.

This cooking experience is a free event, and you can register for it here: https://bit.ly/3mYJ37F.

January 29: Summer Rolls and Shirataki Pad Woon Sen

For my January 29 Experience Thailand event, I will be showing you how to make two of my favorite comfort dishes—summer rolls and shirataki pad woon sen. And because we’re still celebrating the New Year, we’re going to mark this cooking experience with a gingertini toast.

Summer rolls and shirataki pad woon sen are both light yet absolutely filling. And just like with Asian vegetable stir-fry, you can adapt it to your dietary preferences easily. For this event, you can cook along with me or simply watch the demo. If you choose the cook-along option, you can pick up your cooking kit at Asian Mint Forest Lane or have us ship it to you.

The year 2021 is going to be all about feeding your soul with lots of love and good intentions. So come and join me in these Experience Thailand virtual events.

See you in class!
