Katy Trail Weekly Writes on My October Online Cooking Experiences

I’m so, so thrilled for this October, y’all. As I’ve blogged about previously, I’ve got lots of stuff going on this month. On top of all that are my two Escape to Thailand online cooking experiences—Let’s Tour Northeastern Thailand on October 22 and Celebrate Yi Peng in Chiang Mai on October 30.

By the way, these online cooking experiences are still open. So if you haven’t signed up already, hop on to these links:

The word is out on these events, and the buzz is making me even more excited. Katy Trail Weekly is among our media friends who picked up the story. The magazine published a feature that my friend Dottie Griffith wrote on the work I’ve been doing so far since the Covid-19 pandemic started. Her article shined a spotlight on my Escape to Thailand events.

My October online cooking experiences bring me to your kitchen.

I send a big, big thank you to Dottie and Katy Trail Weekly for the article’s kind words. I’m truly honored and humbled by what you’ve written.

As the article said, I do have a vision, and I am driven by that vision. I believe that my mission on this earth to feed people’s souls through Thai food, culture, and travel. It’s something I have shared many times before on this blog and in my videos. The coronavirus pandemic may have brought unprecedented challenges for all of us, but I don’t see it as a reason to stop pushing for what I believe in. In fact, I believe we need to try to exert more effort in feeding people’s souls now because of the times we live in.

I especially thank Dottie for devoting much of the article to my October online cooking experiences. It’s my way of feeding people’s souls through food and travel, albeit virtually. When you sign up for these experiences, it’s like having me in your kitchen to help you cook fantastic regional Thai dishes.

Once again, I invite you to join me in my October online cooking experiences. Let me share Thailand’s amazing and colorful culture and food with you as only one who grew up there could.

See you there!
