PaperCity Recipes Shares How to Make Top Dallas Chefs’ Favorite Dishes

There’s no stopping the enterprising Dallas chef or restaurateur, nor the resourceful Dallas foodie. Restaurants may have closed their dining rooms while the coronavirus pandemic continues to rage, but this doesn’t mean that the Dallas food scene is in a coma. In fact, it’s very much alive and kicking. The city’s chefs and restaurant owners are finding ways to connect with their community through takeout offerings and meal kits. The city’s foodies, on the other hand, are finding ways to recreate their restaurant favorites in their own kitchen.

With this in mind, luxury and lifestyle magazine PaperCity has launched a new project dubbed PaperCity Recipes. The magazine has invited Dallas top chefs to contribute recipes to the project, and I have the honor of being among them.

PaperCity Recipes is a collection of favorite recipes from Dallas top chefs

As its name implies, PaperCity Recipes is a collection of curated recipes from popular chefs and restaurant owners in Dallas. But what makes this stand out from other similar collections is it’s made up of recipes that these chefs and restaurateurs consider their favorites. These are dishes they like making at home for family and friends.

PaperCity meant the PaperCity Recipes project to serve as a bridge between Dallas’ chefs/restaurateurs and the city’s foodies. It’s a way for foodies to learn how to replicate their beloved restaurant dishes at home. The recipes are especially useful if they’re social distancing and can’t dine out. Additionally, the project is an opportunity for these foodies to support local chefs and restaurants.

You can access these recipes for free. All you need to do is to sign up for a free PaperCity account. Then you can read the recipes, as well as the chef’s notes and stories behind the recipe.
