Itinerary Outline

Our itinerary is subject to change to accommodate unforeseen circumstances and/or serendipitous opportunities. The order the activities and days in this itinerary is also subject to change.

Day 1: Thursday, November 7

  • – Meet and greet our guide at the airport and head for our first foodie experience at Khao Tom Dibuk for breakfast (Michelin Plate Rated)
  • – Continue with City Tour by visiting the Big Buddha atop the city for viewpoints across Phuket
  • – Lunch on the Mountain Hillside
  • – Check-in at Avista Grande Phuket Karon – a 5 star boutique hotel
  • – Seafood Dinner where we pick fresh seafood from the fisherman’s market and have it cooked right in front of you

Day 2: Friday, November 8

  • – Amazing Hotel Breakfast every morning
  • – Southern food Cooking Class and lunch with a world renowned chef
  • – Late afternoon transfer to light meal and street art walking
  • – Leisure time and Optional Spa time
  • – Dinner at A Michelin Rated Bib Gourmand restaurant that is the original house of delicious Southern style cuisine

Day 3: Saturday, November 9

  • – All Day relaxing Phuket Island tour by Catamaran with lunch
  • – Local Exotic Dinner

Day 4: Sunday, November 10

  • – Breakfast at hotel
  • – 10 am. departure to Chaingmai by WE272
  • – Landed 2.30 pm. and taking to welcome Northern style lunch
  • – Check in at Raya Heritage Hotel: Leisure time
  • – Traditional Northern Klantoke style Dinner with entertainment

Day 5:  Monday, November 11

  • – Northern Style Cooking Class and Lunch in a home with their own garden of fresh ingredients
  • – Shopping handicraft goods such as pottery, wood carvings, silk products,
  • – Rest and Dress at hotel for night festivities
  • – Enjoy the Loy Kratong and Sky Lantern Festival

Day 6: Tuesday, November 12

  • – Private Elephant Camp: half day with Mahout on how to train elephants
  • – Lunch and afternoon Leisure time at hotel
  • – Optional Spa time
  • – Local Dinner
  • – Shopping the Local Night Walking Weekend Market

Day 7: Wednesday, November 13

  • – Departure to Chiang Rai by 3 hrs bus
  • – Chiang Rai City Tour Highlights and Lunch: The Famous White Temple and Visit Hilltribe village
  • – Check in to Katiliya Mountain Resort and Spa
  • – Local Chef presenting multiple coursed Northern Style Dinner with stories and history

Day 8: Thursday, November 14

  • – Explore Mae Sai and crossing the friendship bridge to Myanmar
  • – Visit the Golden Triangle and Lunch
  • – Departure to Bangkok by 6.55 pm flight
  • – Check-in: The Peninsula Hotel (Forbes 5 Star Hotel)

Day 9:  Friday, November 15

  • – Old Bangkok Tour of the flower market, the Emerald Buddha temple, Wat Po of the Reclining Buddha, and the Royal Palace and Lunch
  • – Leisure time: Shopping, visiting the Icon Siam mall where giant supermarkets collide from Japan and Thailand right on the river.
  • – Tuk Tuk Foodie Tour and dinner at the Famous Jay Fai Thai Street Food Michelin Star Stall

Day 10 – Saturday, November 16

  • – Visit Damnoen Saduak Floating Market of fresh and street food for lunch and stop to see the famous Folding Umbrella Market
  • – Visit NIkky’s Favorite Or Tor Kor Farmer’s Market for snacks and samples and JJ Weekend Shopping Market for souvenirs, local art, and more (features in nikkyfeedingsouls YouTube shows)
  • – Fusion Dinner (break from the traditional Thai)

Day 11: Sunday, November 17

  • – Cooking class of Bangkok style dishes that you have come to love with a Local Chef and Lunch
  • – Leisure time
  • – Special Celebration Dinner
  • – Optional night life at Sirocco Bar (hangover movie spot bar in the sky)

Day 12 – Monday, November 18

  • – Leisure morning and pack for flight
  • – 1 pm check out
  • – Afternoon: Optional last day SPA before your long travel home
  • – Last evening dinner in Bangkok with Nikky’s Friend that is helping set the stage for Thai cuisine on the world map.
